A group of U.S. Military explosive experts while on a routine bomb disposal mission on a deserted island stumble across a bone filled mass grave.

After further investigation the team capture an old ragged man, the "survivor".

Under interrogation his underground hideout is soon located whereby they uncover old films documenting brutal medical experiments performed in 1946 on alien creatures. It becomes clear that at least one of the aliens must have survived and succeeded in exacting revenge on all the island inhabitants except the survivor.

Lt. Martin Kim, leader of the special mission is now faced with a matter of life and death as he pits himself and his team against both a vengeful Extro and U.S. Military intelligence, which has plotted to sacrifice them and cover up the aliens existence.
